A New Chapter for Trauma Brain
Dear readers,
When I began writing Trauma Brain, it was with the hope of offering compassion and clarity for those living with complex traumatic stress and acquired neurodivergence. What started as a Substack has now grown into something larger: the Self-Discovery Portal at tregaryn.com.
The Self-Discovery Portal brings together my books, podcasts, articles, and a private community forum in one place, along with resources and tools for survivors of sexual violence and complex trauma. Inside the Portal you will find digital access to the Seeking, Trauma Brain, and Stoning Demons series, the Believe Survivors podcast, ongoing reflections on healing, intuition, and self-discovery, and a members-only forum where survivors can connect, share, and support one another while maintaining privacy and control over their identity. The Portal is designed as a supportive space to explore at your own pace, choose a subscription level that works for you, and access free memberships when needed.
The Portal is where you’ll find new chapters, reflections, and resources. It also holds access to the Seeking and Stoning Demons series, along with the upcoming release of Trauma Brain. Subscriptions are flexible — you can choose your price, and free memberships are available if you need one.
This shift lets me bring everything together, with more space and freedom to publish without distraction.
I would love for you to join me at the Portal. Trauma Brain will keep growing there, with the same honesty, warmth, and depth you’ve come to expect.
With gratitude,
Kimberly
